After breakfast, begin your cultural journey with a visit to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, one of Nepal’s most significant Hindu pilgrimage sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the temple complex, ancient shrines and the sacred Bagmati River while observing the religious rituals that continue to take place here. Continue to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in Nepal and an important center of Tibetan Buddhism. Walk around the stupa, observe devotees and prayer wheels, and explore the monasteries and traditional shops in the surrounding area. Today is dedicated to one of the most memorable experiences of your Nepal journey: a scenic flight toward Everest Base Camp. After an early breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu airport for your scheduled mountain flight. As the aircraft rises above the Kathmandu Valley, enjoy spectacular aerial views of the Himalayan range and some of the world's highest peaks, culminating in breathtaking views of Mount Everest and the Everest region. Depending on the flight operator, weather conditions and operational arrangements, the experience may include a landing at a suitable viewpoint, providing an opportunity to experience the high-altitude Himalayan environment. After the flight, return to Kathmandu and transfer back to Dwarika’s Hotel. After breakfast, begin your sightseeing with a visit to the International Mountain Museum, which offers insight into Nepal’s Himalayan communities, mountaineering history and mountain cultures. Continue to Davis Falls, one of Pokhara’s most famous natural attractions, where water disappears into an underground gorge. Visit the nearby Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, an important Hindu religious site. Later, travel to the World Peace Pagoda (Shanti Stupa), situated on a hill overlooking Phewa Lake and offering sweeping views of the lake, Pokhara Valley and surrounding mountains. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Phewa Lake, taking in the peaceful scenery and reflections of the mountains on the water.
