Manaslu Base Camp Trek, One of the Best Trekking Routes to Do in 2020

Manaslu Base Camp trek is a fascinating trekking route, which includes visiting the three peaks of Manaslu, known as "Japanese Peak". Mt. Manaslu 8163m is best known Himal for trekking, hiking, difficult walking and expedition which is also consider as Adventurous Sport.

The trail is rough and steep and at times literally hangs on a buff high above the river with its many bridges. This trek is geographically spectacular and culturally mesmerizing. Trek normally starts at Arughat Bazaar then towards village of Deng along Budhi Gandaki River. As we walk further northwards the valley opens up to reveal the delightful alpine meadows and small Tibetan-style villages which cluster beneath Manaslu's sweeping North Face. We pass through Deng, Ghap, Lho Gaun and Sama Gaun all typical Tibetan villages with rows of small revolving prayer wheels used by Tibetan Buddhists and a wall of mani stones positioned in the middle of the trekking trail.

After we reach Samagaon, the largest and most important village in the region, we visit Samagaon Gompa and next day we do excursion to Manaslu Base Camp (4,665m) before heading west to cross the Larke Pass (5135 m),

It is considered one of the tougest route linking the Budhi Gandaki with the Marshyangdi valley. From Samagaon and Larke Pass the views are beyond imagination. Day 01 Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola 890 m 6-7 Hrs

Day 02 Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat 1350 m 6-7 Hrs

Day 03 Trek from Jagat to Pewa or Deng (1860 m)

Day 04 Trek from Pewa/Ghap to Lho (3180 m)

Day 05 Trek from Lho to Sama village.

Day 06 Sama Village Excursion.

Day 07 Trek from Sama Village to Manaslu Base Camp (4800m)

Day 18 Trek from Base camp to Sama village

Day 09 Trek from Sama (Gaun) to Namrung (2630 m)

Day 10 Trek from Namrung to Philim village.(1570 m)
